Registration for Star/Competitive Skaters:
Registration for our club Star/Competitive Skaters will commence on July 3, 2011. We will be accepting registration from non-club members beginning July 3, 2011.
Due to a shortage of ice rinks this season, we are urging our club membership to register early, to guarantee a spot.
To register in person, please bring your completed registration form and payment to the rinks that we are currently skating at. Payment and registration forms will be collected prior to lesson start time. Please download a registration form with your payment.
We are also accepting mail in Registration:

Annual Skate Canada Membership Fee Required:
$32.00 less $7.00 Grandview Skating Club Member Discount
$25.00 Total Skate Canada Membership Fee (Non-refundable)
*Skate Canada Annual Membership is valid from Sept 1st to Aug 31st of current skating year.
- Grandview Home Club Members registration fee includes $2.10 which is applied to insurance coverage.
Summer Season Fundraising:

In order to maintain skater's subsidies, we will occasionally hold events which promote fun while raising funds for the club. We appreciate all support given by our members, as this keeps costs at a minimum.

No additional Fundraising Fees will be added to your registration costs this season.

Home club members will be able to buy-on at cost of $(TBA) per session. (Ice only) This fee must be paid before going on the ice. It is your responsibility to make arrangements with your coach for any lessons you receive. Please speak to your coach about his/her rate and availability prior to booking.
Registration is ongoing, but it is still very important for all applications to be in on time. This will enable us to plan the Spring schedule and have it ready by the beginning of our new season. Coaches will not save openings for late registrations.
NSF Cheques are subject to a $25.00 Administration Fee.
Refunds will not be issued after the start date of programs unless accompanied by a valid Medical Certificate. Only written requests will be considered. All refunds will be pro-rated. An administration fee of $25.00 will apply to all refunds being processed.
Volunteer participation is mandatory.To ensure that all members comply with this policy, a $100.00 post-dated cheque will be collected at registration. We will hold the cheque until the end of the skating year. It is your responsibility to sign up for available duties. Your $100.00 cheque will only be cashed if you choose not to participate. There will be no exceptions.
