Power Skating

Program Description:

Learn skills for explosive skating taught by Lee Boyd, a Professional Skate Canada Coach with years of experience in the field.

While there are different levels of skating ability, all players can improve through the use of specific skating techniques assisting them to be as competent as possible. After you have mastered the fundamentals, Lee will motivate you to operate at a higher level, challenging each skating component.

We will focus on Forward & Backward Stride, Edges, Crosscuts, Stops, Turns, Quick Starts as well as improving your agility, balance, co-ordination, endurance and ultimately your POWER!
