Off-Ice Conditioning is available for those skaters wishing to improve their flexibility and reduce their risk of injury on the ice. Off-Ice conditioning is considered to be as important as On-Ice training by most coaches. These sessions are recommended for skaters of all levels and abilities. Fall 2008 Off-Ice Conditioning details - TBA.
This year the program will be run under the instruction of our Club Coaches. It will be offered once a week. We encourage all skaters, in particular the figure skaters, to sign up for these sessions. For those of you who cannot commit to the full _ week program, drop-ins are available. To Register in the Off-Ice Program: Please advise us of your intention to participate in this program by contacting the registrar at 604 434-4860 or email grandviewsc@sk8bc.com Payment and registration forms will be collected on the first day of session.
