Hockey Skills/Enhancement

A program that prepares those skaters who are just joining a hockey league, or for those who have some skills they want to improve. Focus will be on improving speed, power and agility. Skaters will work on improving their forward and backward skating, crossovers and quick turns. Timed drills will be worked on and recorded. Each skater will receive a copy of their drill times.

Skaters should be able to skate forwards and backwards.

Hockey Skates, Helmets & some Hockey Gear will be required.

Hockey Sticks will NOT be used during this program.
